A palletizer uses a conveyor mechanism to precisely deliver items to a designated location. Based on sensor feedback, the control system controls the palletizing mechanism's robotic arm, moving the gripper over the item. After the gripper has grasped the item, the robotic arm carefully maneuvers it to the desired position on the pallet. Next, the palletizer follows a pre-set palletizing pattern, such as row or staggered, placing the items one by one on the pallet until a single layer is palletized. This process repeats until the preset palletizing height is reached.
