Our advanced stacker features independent upper and lower conveying systems. The upper layer utilizes a four-segment flat belt, while the lower employs a three-segment belt.

Intelligent control & reliable handling:

Carbon fiber paper hold-down brushes at each layer's infeed adjust pressure based on board length. Pneumatic board supports and pressing steel belts between rear conveying segments ensure automatic lifting and reliable sheet separation during transitions.

Stable stacking & discharge:

Servo motors control the upper suspension basket and lower gantry stacking mechanisms for precise, stable lifting. Both layers use flat belt stacking and side discharge to reliably output completed stacks.

Smart features:

Laser distance measurement ensures accurate stack height monitoring. Discharged boards are swiftly moved via optional motorized trolley; a standard conveying/packing platform is provided otherwise.
