Corrugated Stitching Machine

The corrugated stitching machine NP-AFG series combines vacuum feeding, wheel gluing and folding, stitching, counting, and stacking into one continuous automatic process. It handles both corrugated board and cardpaper, with sheet widths adjustable from 300 mm to 2200 mm. All motors (except the frequency conversion motor) are sourced from Taiwan, while a frequency converter and PLC touch screen provide simple speed regulation and job setup. The gluing section uses white latex to achieve a maximum speed of 130 m/min, and the stitching section operates at up to 60 m/min, with average rates of 100 m/min and 45 m/min respectively. Only two operators are needed to manage production.
