The corrugated box stitching machine is a semi-automatic flat‑wire stapler designed for single‑sheet, double‑sheet, irregular, and bottom‑only carton styles. A twin‑servo drive configuration works alongside a Siemens industrial controller to ensure precise, dependable motion with fewer mechanical transmission parts. All size parameters are adjusted electrically through a colour touchscreen, allowing complete format changeover in under 60 seconds. Even inexperienced operators can define stitch pitch, number of nails, stitching pattern, and rear gauge position directly on the interface.

In a single pass, the machine produces single, double, or reinforced stitches-double along both edges and single through the centre. A photosensor at the feed unit automatically lifts the paper stack when a cycle begins, while both the feeding and stacking sections track finished pieces and eject them in programmable batches (1‑99 cartons) for easy bundling. Designed primarily for 3‑ply and 5‑ply board, a 7‑ply variant is available upon request.
