The semi automatic stitching machine for corrugated boxes is designed to stitch two-piece cartons using single or double nails, including reinforced nail patterns, in one continuous operation. It accommodates three- and five-layer corrugated boards as well as un-covered bottom styles (seven-layer boxes available upon customization).

The machine handles both equal and unequal flap cartons, with stitch pitch adjustable from 30 mm to 120 mm directly via the computer interface. Operating at up to 500 stitches per minute, it employs an imported dual servo drive and electric control system. An automatic fault warning displays diagnostic instructions on an LCD screen, ensuring minimal downtime through quick troubleshooting.
