Description of Flexo Printer Folder Gluer
The flexo printer folder gluer integrates flexographic printing, slotting, die cutting, and inline folding-gluing into four synchronized sections, configurable with optional print and die-cut units to match specific production demands.
At the lead-edge feeding stage, a vacuum-assisted mechanical system ensures precise, stable sheet introduction under computer and HMI supervision, with dust removal brushes and vacuum devices that elevate to clear debris. The printing section features rapid-traverse paper guide wheels with scale displays and self-locking gaps, while a bridge guide plate stabilizes board transfer between stations. Slotting adjustments utilize internal gear mechanisms with independently driven box height regulation, supported by linear guide rails and cross-shaft linkage for smooth displacement.
Finally, the folding-gluing section employs PLC-controlled touchscreen operation with order storage, automatically applying adhesive, folding multiple layers, and stacking finished cartons at high speed to meet demanding lead-time requirements.
