Description of Flexo Folder Gluer Machine
The flexo folder gluer machine is an integrated inline system combining precision feeding, printing, and slotting operations to process 3-ply and 5-ply corrugated board in a single pass. Its transmission relies on large spiral-angle helical gears forged from 20CrMnTi alloy steel, ground and hardened for exceptional wear resistance, and lubricated via a closed spray system to maintain long-term running accuracy.
Electrical separation between units is accompanied by continuous alarm warnings during engagement or disengagement, while pneumatic locking mechanisms prevent motor startup unless all cylinders are securely clamped.
An automatic zeroing function minimizes setup waste by achieving correct registration after only a few test sheets.
Managed through a PLC human-machine interface, the flexo folder gluer machine enables automatic position restoration after plate changes and allows individual anilox roller lift-off when a print station is idle.
