Key Features
The ground rail (track) is made of GB gray cast iron HT200, and normalized heat treatment after finishing.
The wall plate used in the machine body is made of GB:Y15 steel and heat-treated with machining center.
All main transmission gears are made of GB:20CrMoTi alloy steel, and the grinding teeth are processed by heat treatment and carburization after fine grinding, and the accuracy is up to grade 6 precision.
All transmission shafts are made of No. 45 steel and heat-treated and dynamic balance correction.
The main drive bearings are imported bearings (Japan: NSK; or Germany: FAG).
The whole machine electrical components: PLC; touch screen and others adopts Siemens products.
The machine has one key overprinting functions and wipe the board memory function
Feeding Section
1.The paper feeding section adopts frot lead edge paper feeding table, which will not damage the strength of the cardboard to ensure the original compressive strength of the cardboard.
2.Double high-pressure air fans sucking board for feeding, frequency converter control, so that slightly curved board can be transported normally
Printing Section
1.Vacuum suction transmission, the transmission wheels used aluminum alloy and surface sprayed polymer ceramic material to increase the wear resistance of the wheel.
2.Frequency converter control the air suction volume, each suction box is independent to adapt to different lengths of board.
3.The suction box lifting and lowering electric adjustment, PLC control, adjustment range 1-12mm. to adapt to the thickness of different board.
