Regular maintenance should be performed after 300 cumulative hours of operation or one month of use. This includes checking the proper function of the reversing valve, lift cylinder, steering cylinder, hydraulic motor, and other components, as well as checking the inlet and outlet oil connections for looseness and aging.
Replace the lifting lock pin every two years, and the inlet and outlet oil pipes annually.
Replace the hydraulic oil in the tank after the first 200 hours of use or one year. Thereafter, replace the hydraulic oil at the prescribed maintenance interval (e.g., every three months or six months).
Clean the oil filter after 200 hours of normal use.
The roller bearing grease should typically be replaced every 50 to 200 hours.
Note: These maintenance intervals and items are for reference only. Specific maintenance intervals and items should be determined based on factors such as the tilting machine type, operating environment, and usage. Furthermore, it is recommended to carefully read the operating and maintenance manuals before using the tilting machine and consult with a qualified professional to ensure proper operation and maximize its service life.
