Purpose: To ensure the personal safety of operators and the normal operation of the equipment.
Method:
1. Only certified operators are allowed to operate the stapler.
2. Pre-operation Inspection: Manually pull the V-belt connecting the motor to the machine to check whether the punch moves up and down flexibly and whether there is any oil or dirt seepage.
3. Test Run: Turn on the switch and then press the foot switch to check whether the sound is normal. Only start the machine after ensuring there are no abnormalities.
4. During operation, hold the front of the carton forward with your right hand and pull it forward. Hold the other end with your left hand to stabilize your right hand. While your right hand is pulling forward, your left hand should generally not move. If your left hand is moving with particularly large products, stop 40 cm from the point where the punch drops.
5. During operation, both hands must place the product in a safe position before pressing the foot switch to continue operation.
6. Chatting, playing, and other distracting behaviors are prohibited during work. You must concentrate on production. 7. When equipment is undergoing maintenance, a sign must be displayed stating "Repair in Progress, Power Off," the main power supply must be turned off, and a dedicated person must be on duty.
8. Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the equipment by non-professional maintenance personnel are prohibited.
9. Upon completion of work, turn off the power supply and perform routine maintenance and "7S" procedures.
