The Automatic 5 Ply Flute Laminator is engineered to perform the high-velocity fusion of litho-printed top sheets with dual-layered corrugated or heavy-duty cardstock foundations. By integrating two separate bottom liners with a single surface sheet, this 5 ply 3 in 1 flute laminator produces reinforced, structurally superior boards for premium packaging. Its primary role is to ensure flawless alignment and bonding at industrial velocities, facilitating the production of complex, multi-walled substrates that are thicker than 350gsm. The system provides the high precision required for sophisticated retail displays and robust shipping containers


Machine Features
- Sophisticated Intake Architecture: The equipment utilizes an advanced eight-nozzle vacuum feeder (four sucking, four delivering) and a pre-loading framework that significantly minimizes downtime during material replenishment.
- Precision Dynamic Positioning: Featuring a chasing-lay system paired with high-speed axial flow fans, the machine allows for real-time front and back registration adjustments with a digital accuracy of 0.1mm without halting production.
- High-Efficiency Adhesive Logic: The gluing module combines anilox steel rollers with specialized rubber applicators. By utilizing differential speed methods, it maintains a consistent coating of 25-35g/㎡, reducing overhead costs while enhancing bond strength.
- Active Substrate Correction: Integrated anti-curl mechanisms and automatic damping systems prevent the warping of finished boards, while floating pressure conveyors adapt to varying material thicknesses to eliminate air bubbles.
