The glue coating device (coating roller) adopts a high-precision pattern roller, which provides a stronger guarantee for the realization of glue coating control and avoiding glue waste.

The conveying part of face paper is combined with the PU round belt and the bottom fan to ensure smooth and stable paper conveying, the servo motors on both sides performs corresponding position compensation.

3 . Gluing Device:High precision gluing together with automatic glue level control,make sure no overflow of glue running at high speed.

4 . Compensation aligning device: several photoelectric sensors checking the position of bottom paper and control the servo motors on both sides of face paper to make compensational adjustment, ensuring accurate positioning of the up and down papers.

5 . Electric control system: HMI and PLC are applied to detect the running status,display the troubles and working status.

Face Paper Feeding Department

Adopting the top paper feeder head in China, it sucks strongly, and feeds the paper smoothly, stably and accurately. According to the needs of the product, the speed of the paper feeding speed can be arbitrarily adjusted, the stacking and conveying of the paper can be completed smoothly, and the stacking height of the paper can be controlled by photoelectricity; the stacking paper can be stably and evenly conveyed.

Bottom Paper Feeding Department

The bottom paper conveying adopts a unique leading edge paper feeding mechanism, which has stronger suction force and more stable paper conveying. It is more suitable for three-layer, five-layer, seven-layer and special thick cardboard, and high-speed paper conveying is smoother and more precise.

Gluing System
The glue coating device adopts high-precision mirror roller and rubber wheel automatic liquid level control,high-speed operation, no glue overflow, and can adjust glue backflow

Electrical Department

The whole machine adopts Japanese Yaskawa servo, Yaskawa frequency conversion speed regulation, and various electrical component detection switches adopt brand products from Japan, Germany, Taiwan etc. The operation control is accurate, the performance is stable, and the safety is strong.
