Corrugating Single Facer

1.The corrugated roller employs a positive pressure cassette design. The clits are positioned beneath the pressure roller, effectively lowering the center of gravity of the machine. This configuration allows for smooth operation at high speeds while minimizing vibration.

2.The opening and closing mechanisms for the corrugated rollers, pressure rollers, glue rollers, and locking corrugate roller set are all hydraulically controlled.

3.Both the wallboard and bearing block are constructed from nodular cast iron. Additionally, with an integrated base design, rigidity is enhanced while vibrations throughout the entire machine are reduced.

4.Corrugated roller sets can be automatically engaged or disengaged hydraulically to facilitate rapid exchange between different flute profiles.

5.Gap adjustments between the corrugated roller and pressure roller are managed through hydraulic control systems, whereas apothegm adjustments between the corrugated roller and glue roller utilize electric controls.

6.The corrugated rollers are driven by a motor via a synchronous belt system that ensures stable operation with low noise levels. Incorporated within the machinery are pre-heating rollers for face paper as well as arc-shaped heating plates for core paper. The pre-heating cylinder is capable of automatic rotation powered by a motor.

7.An air-cooled cooling-water unit is provided to cool both the glue baffle board and hydraulic pressure station effectively.

8.A stopping device is implemented to halt operations when medium paper runs out. The operational speed will maintain at least 15 m/min. In instances where medium paper breaks during inspection, both the rollers and motor will cease functioning immediately.
