Single Facer Corrugating Machine

1.The single facer corrugating machine vacuum adsorption type paper guide and is equipped with a high-pressure powerful fan. It is equipped with an air volume regulating device and an air suction silencing device. The electrical control is centralized in the same electrical cabinet, which is no less than 1.5 meters away from the main unit, and the operation side is fully enclosed with a side cover.

2.Universal joint drive, split structure independent drive box. Closed gear transmission oil lubrication can extend the service life of gears.

3.The gluing roller and the fixing roller are designed to slide in groups along guide rails, making disassembly and assembly convenient and quick.

4.The base and wall panels are made of cast iron, with a wall panel thickness of 180mm.

5.The corrugating rolls are made of high-quality 52CrMo alloy steel, which undergoes quenching and tempering, and surface grinding. The diameter of the corrugating rolls is Ø320mm, and the surface hardness is above HRC60. The corrugating rolls are controlled by cylinders to move up and down.

6.The diameter of the pressure roller is Ø320mm, and its surface is ground and chrome-plated. The cylinder controls the up and down displacement. It is made of medium carbon steel No. 45 and has undergone modulation treatment.

7.The preheating roller has a diameter of Ø400mm, with a surface that has been ground down and treated with hard chromium plating. All are connected with metal hoses.

8.The bearings of the corrugating roller and the pressure roller are lubricated with high-temperature resistant grease.

9.Pneumatic control for glue feeding and dispensing. The diameter of the glue coating roller is Ø240mm. After surface grinding, it is engraved with a concave mesh pattern and treated with hard chrome plating. The surface of the glue mixing roller is ground and treated with hard chrome plating.

10.The electric slurry separation device is adopted. The coating section can still operate independently when the main machine stops, preventing the slurry from drying up (optional).

11.The height of the corrugating roller on one side is 0.10mm, and that of the pressure roller on one side is 0.075mm. A limit device is added, and the compression cylinder is a Ø 160mm cylinder.
