• Precision Folding & Creasing: All carrier sections are motorized, allowing for rapid, wide-ranging size adjustments. The unit incorporates dedicated upper creasing wheels to refine the second creasing line, ensuring clean, sharp folds. The final folding stage is driven by independent servo motors and variable-frequency inverters, which synchronize belt tension and folding speed to deliver unmatched dimensional precision.

• High-Speed Stitching Module: At the core of the stitching unit is a servo-driven, swing-mode stitching head. This design offers superior speed, operational stability, and an extended service life. The system supports multiple stitching patterns-including single, double, and reinforced double-single-double-which can be easily configured via the controller. An integrated automatic lubrication system, with user-definable oil intervals, ensures consistent performance and reduced maintenance. • Counter Ejector & Control: The backend is managed by an intuitive PLC-based touchscreen interface.
