Automatic Box Folder

The automatic box folder operates as a down-folding inline unit compatible with external flexo printer slotter die-cutters.

It features seven servo-driven motion axes for high-speed folding, gluing, and stacking under centralized touchscreen control. Adjustable infeed belts ensure smooth sheet entry, while overhead blowers accelerate drying and remove debris. A vacuum-assisted main conveyor maintains precise board alignment through the folding section, and independently controlled differential belts correct fishtailing.

At delivery, servo-actuated support and pressing arms coordinate with a two-stage ejection belt to produce neat, uniform carton stacks.
