The Slitter Scorer Corrugated unit is a robust industrial solution designed for the high-speed, clean-cut conversion of corrugated cardboard. This system is built for reliable, continuous-duty performance, featuring a versatile six-shaft layout that positions guidance rollers both upstream and downstream of the cutting station. This design significantly reduces the minimum feed length to 550mm, allowing for the processing of shorter, high-precision sheet runs.

 

 

• Cutting & Scoring Excellence: The slitting assembly features high-wear tungsten steel blades, selected for their prolonged operational life and ability to produce clean, press-free cuts. Complementing this is the scoring module, which employs a five-point, in-phase adjustment mechanism. This ensures that every fold line is perfectly centered and optimized for subsequent bending in carton assembly.

• Operational Stability: To maintain board integrity, the machine incorporates dual-guide smooth shafts fitted with integrated PU rings. This design not only stabilizes the cardboard during high-velocity transport but also functions as a secondary dust-proof barrier, protecting the inner mechanical components from corrugated debris.

• Efficiency-Focused Design: The machine features manual-type grinding capabilities that allow for blade sharpening without interrupting production cycles. For facilities requiring higher automation, a pneumatic blade-grinding upgrade is available, ensuring the blades remain in peak condition with minimal manual intervention.
