Stable High-Speed Operation: A pressure arm locking mechanism ensures stable and reliable performance of the paper pressing plate (touch pressing plate), even at maximum speeds.
Intelligent Gap Adjustment: The gap between the glue roller and meter roller adjusts automatically based on operational speed and paper material/corrugated flute type.
Electric Adjustment & Quick Changeover: The paper pressing roller mechanism features electric gap adjustment relative to the glue roller, facilitating rapid changeover for processing boards with different flute types.
Enhanced Usability: The glue pan lifts pneumatically for easy cleaning. Splash guards (glue blocking plates) are installed at both ends of the glue pan to prevent leakage during high-speed operation of the rollers.
Precision Drive System: The power transmission employs layered, independently controlled frequency conversion motors with synchronous belt drives. This ensures high transmission precision while significantly reducing vibration and operational noise.
Advanced Control: Layered independent adjustment combined with a touch panel HMI (Human-Machine Interface) provides flexible, intuitive control and direct parameter visualization.
Optional Pre-Heating Adjustment (Optional): The floating roller of the pre-heating cylinder is electrically adjustable (user-selectable option), simplifying paper threading and contact angle adjustment.
