Full Automatic Stacker Machine

The DFM-1510-P / DFM-1710-P is an intelligent, high-efficiency automatic stacking and flipping machine installed at the delivery end of printing, laminating, and corrugated box production lines. Its primary function is to continuously collect finished paperboard, flip or align sheets as needed, and stack them into perfectly squared, stable pallets for downstream handling or shipping.

In modern packaging plants, manual stacking at line speeds exceeding 6,000–10,000 sheets/hour is physically impossible and often leads to scratched printed surfaces, uneven stacks, and frequent line stops. The DFM Series solves these challenges through full automation:

• Automatic Flipping & Non-Stop Stacking: Handles continuous paperboard discharge, automatically turning or flipping sheets according to batch requirements to achieve flat, warp-free pallet piles.
• Mastering Short-Run Orders ("Scattered Order King"): Equipped with a 10-axis industrial servo system, the machine achieves rapid, automated setup and pattern changes within seconds. This makes it ideal for packaging plants that process frequent, small-batch, multi-size jobs daily.
• Ultra-Fast & Thin-Paper Capability: Processes sheets ranging from L400×W430 mm up to L1500×W1700 mm at speeds between 6,000 and 18,000 pcs/h, ensuring smooth, stable delivery even when handling delicate or thin paperboards.
• High-Pile Capacity: Builds pallets up to 1700 mm in height, drastically reducing forklift load changes and maximizing overall line OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
