While ensuring proper use of your carton stitcher, it's also crucial to ensure proper machine maintenance. This is crucial for improving production efficiency and carton stitching quality and should not be overlooked. Therefore, the machine's stapling and punching heads should be lubricated daily. The stapling head fixing shaft and the left and right baffle fixing shafts should also be lubricated and cleaned regularly with engine oil. The upper and lower stapling drive shafts, bolt slot shafts, and drive screws should also be kept well lubricated. The lower stapling head is prone to accumulation of plating debris in the punching head during the feeding of the tape wire, so regular cleaning and cleaning is recommended. The stapling head should be disassembled for cleaning and oiling every month. The three gears on the left and right baffles of the paper feed belt bolt slot shaft should be greased once a month. The clutch and brake should be protected from oil and water infiltration. The servo motor should be kept clean to avoid dust accumulation. The servo motor driver heat dissipation filter should be cleaned regularly. The electrical control box must be kept clean to prevent dust accumulation and short circuits. The inner and outer wire feed pulley shafts should be lubricated with grease to maintain reliable flexibility. The power transmission gears and chains should be greased once a month to prevent wear of the mechanical components. Semi-automatic carton staplers have a low failure rate and high reliability, making maintenance crucial. Therefore, the following precautions must be taken:
1. Lubricate the upper nail head punch daily. Disassemble the nail head every 30 days for cleaning and oiling.
2. Clean the lower nail head frequently because plating chips from the nail wire accumulate in the punch. Disassemble the nail head.
3. Clean and oil the nail head before reinstalling.
4. Grease the three gears on the paper feed belt, bolt slot shaft, and left and right baffles every 30 days.
5. Keep the clutch and brake free of oil or water.
6. Keep the servo motor clean and free of dust. Clean the servo motor driver heat sink dust filter regularly.
7. Keep the electrical control box clean to prevent dust accumulation and short circuits.
8. Maintain the inner and outer wire feed reel shafts with grease.
9. Clean and lubricate the nail head mounting shaft and the left and right baffle mounting shafts whenever they are moved.
10. Lubricate the upper and lower nail head drive shafts, bolt slot shaft, and drive screw with oil.
