Tilting Machine Overview

Tilting machines can be categorized by their tilting angle into 90° and 180° models. Based on their performance, they can be divided into coil turning machines, die turning machines, and plate turning machines. Coil turning machines allow heavy coils to be hoisted onto the machine's V-shaped surface and then rotated 0-90° to lay the coil flat on a pallet. Die turning machines are essential auxiliary equipment for repairing large and medium-sized dies, enabling them to be turned 0-90°, allowing for safe opening, closing, and lifting. They are also an essential aid for stamping shops and large die repairs. Plate turning machines are specialized equipment for the automotive industry, used to turn large, thin sheet stacks and are essential for automated stamping production lines.
